Some of the city’s larger congregations will participate in the Holy Ghost Headquarters’ “Taking Dominion” revival series.
The event is scheduled to run from May 20 to June 8 at the Holy Ghost Headquarters at The Met, 858 N. Broad St.
Services will begin each Sunday at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.; weekdays at 7:30 p.m.; and on Saturdays at 6 p.m. There is not cost to attend any of the revival sessions.
Among those from Northwest who will headline at the HGH event will be Pastor Ray Barnard of the Impacting Your World Christian Center in Germantown on May 22; the Rev. Dr. Alyn E. Waller of Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church with campuses in Mount Airy and Germantown on June 1; and the Rev. Dr. J. Louis Felton of the Mount Airy Church of God in Christ in West Oak Lane on May 24.
“I show how faith fuels vision and how faith fuels your life,” Barnard said of his past sermons. “You really can’t have life without a vision and that vision has to be fueled by something, faith. God must order your vision in order to do something with conviction. That’s why revival is so important.”
Others slated to be on the program include national personalities Jamal Harrison-Bryant from Baltimore and Pastor Paula White from Tampa.
Bishop Keith W. Reed, Sr., pastor of Sharon Baptist Church will be on the program.
Furthermore, the Rev. Jim Whittington, Bishop Liston Page, Dr. Aretha Wilson, Bishop Bruce Parham, Prophet Terrell Turner, Dr. Marvin L. Sapp, and Bishop Rance Allen are scheduled to appear. Prophet Brian Carn, Darrell and Derrick Etienne, Apostle Bruce Lester, Apostle Wynell Freeman, Prophet Todd Hall, Pastor Jackie McCullough, Prophet Brian Mosley, and Apostle Richard D. Henton are part of this year’s Camp Meeting line-up.
