“Intelligent, independent and warm-hearted” are words frequently used to describe Fatimah. Although she is only 15, she is already planning her future, which includes a career as an OB/GYN. She also dreams of becoming a billionaire. Passionate about dogs, she hopes to have some one day. Like other girls her age, Fatimah delights in shopping.

Fatimah has a wide variety of interests. She loves to cook and her favorite foods are honey BBQ wings, French fries and chicken strips. Katimah also enjoys drawing, dancing and crocheting, film making, skating and swimming.

She is enrolled in regular classes in school and especially likes biology. She is a member of the school’s cheerleading squad and also is a color guard.

Therapy is helping her deal with behavioral and emotional issues resulting from past trauma. Fatimah has a bright future but needs help in reaching her potential. She would thrive with a family that is caring, firm, understanding, supportive and encouraging. She needs to feel at home and to be part of a family. The family can be a mom and a dad, or just a mom. It would be best if there are no other children in the home. It would be great if the family has a dog or two. Katimah is close to her younger siblings, and the contact should be continued.
